All sales are final. All items are vintage and sold “AS IS”. Items might sometimes have some degree of age-related wear consistent with use. We try to describe all items to the best of our ability, including all obvious flaws, if any. The pictures provided on the listings are of the actual item being sold and, therefore, extremely representative of the condition of the item, so we will not accept returns or refund any money in case an item had been mishandled and/or damaged by the buyer and looking in a different condition as the one shown in the pictures of the specific listing. Additional pictures can be provided at the buyer’s request prior to completing the purchase.
No returns or refunds on lay-away items, all sales are final. Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable in case a buyer did not complete all the payments of a payment plan.
Buyers have ten (10) days to contact the store when an item arrived damaged. Failure to do so will result in a dismissal of any claim and the store will not provide any kind of returns or refunds.

In case an item got damaged or lost in transit, the refund will be contingent on the outcome of the insurance claim. There will be no returns or refunds of any kind in the case that an insurance claim were dismissed by the insurance company.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer finds an item to be smaller, bigger, heavier or lighter than expected. All measurements are provided on the listings and actual weight can be provided at the buyer’s request before making a purchase.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer finds an item to be lighter or darker in color than expected. Color might change in tone according to individual screen settings.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer finds an item to be uncomfortable. Buyers should be aware of their own comfort levels before making a purchase when it comes to earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and belt buckles or any other type of piece that we might have sold to them.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer makes a purchase mistakenly thinking that they are buying real jewelry. All we sell is costume jewelry.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer expected an item to be smaller or bigger, or when an item is too big or too small to fit a buyer. All measurements are clearly given in all the listings, so buyers need to acknowledge the specific measurements of their items before making a purchase.
No returns or refunds of any kind when a buyer states that an item cannot be used because it is too heavy or too light, heavier or lighter than expected. If a buyer has personal weight requirements of any kind in order to be able to use an item, the weight of all items should be requested prior to making a purchase. We are always happy to provide the weight of all of our items upon request.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: The payment of any applicable customs fees is the buyer’s sole responsibility. There will be absolutely no refunds in case a package did not get delivered to the buyer because of non-payment of customs fees. Non-payment of customs fees will result in automatic forfeiture of all items involved without the right to obtain any refund. There will be absolutely no refunds when a package got forcefully returned to the seller because customs fees were not paid by the buyer, in which case buyers will have 100 days from the day of the transaction to inform the seller that they still want their purchase. Buyers will have to pay for the new shipping costs plus all fees charged to the seller resulting from the forced return to have their purchase shipped back again to the same address of the original order. Otherwise, all forcefully returned items will be considered forfeited by the buyer.
